Worcester Warriors are delighted to announce the appointment of Will Cusack as the club’s new Head of Strength & Power Conditioning ahead of the 2025/26 Championship season.

Will arrives at Sixways with an impressive pedigree in athletic development, having previously worked with Leicester Tigers, WRU, Cardiff Blues, and Hartpury programmes. Known for his high-energy, hands-on approach, Will brings elite-level experience and a proven ability to prepare athletes for the physical demands of high-performance rugby.

“It’s a privilege to join the Warriors,” said Cusack. “This is a club with a proud history and an exciting future. As we return to the Championship, my focus is on building a squad that is physically prepared, resilient, and ready to meet the demands of a highly competitive season.”

Will’s appointment is part of the club’s wider strategy to create a world-class training environment and develop a squad capable of competing at the highest level.

Head Coach Matt Everard added: “Will is a diamond. Every day he brings energy, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge of his field. He’s worked with some of the best players in the world, and his experience and opinion will be invaluable in what we’re building at Sixways.”

The club looks forward to seeing Will’s impact as the Warriors squad begins pre-season preparations.
