Client Experience Administrator

Location: Sixways Stadium

What’s involved?

As a Client Experience Administrator you will have the dual role of being front of house alongside working with backroom staff assisting with any administration as required.

This may include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in the reception area
  • Assisting with any client experience administration as required such as processing ticket fulfilment
  • Liaising match day information with clients, preparing for match days, planning of events etc
  • Responding to client experience complaints
  • Event experience analysis
  • Payment management

This is a full-time position and there is a requirement to work on match days.

Marketing & Fan Engagement Executive

Warriors are seeking a new member of the marketing and communications team to assist with marketing activities and campaign delivery across all areas of the business and the venue’s operations.

Main duties include:

  • Assist the Head of Marketing & Communications with preparation and delivery of marketing plans and activity across all areas of Worcester Warriors and Sixways Stadium, as well as partnership activation activities
  • Build and send email communications to customers across all areas of the business – tickets, Sixways Stadium events, retail, community rugby, Community Foundation, social inclusion, partnerships/third parties
  • Work with the Creative & Brand Executive and external design agency to ensure all creative is within brand guidelines
  • Assist with digital marketing and out of home advertising working closely with our buying agencies and media partners, current and prospective
  • Liaise with printers and publishers with any requirements ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate the pub pack process and any other ad hoc local marketing initiatives
  • Required to work all First Team home matches
  • Assist the Head of Fan Engagement with the execution of Junior Warriors activity for home matches
  • Ensure the turnstiles are up and running for home matches as requested by the Head of Fan Engagement
  • Run post-match reports for the Head of Fan Engagement (including to but not limited to: ticket sales, attendance) and assist the Head of Marketing & Communications with the analysis and reporting for marketing campaigns
  • Play a key role in preparing and fulfilling events as requested by the Head of Fan Engagement e.g. Supporter’s Events, marketing days, Modus Challenge Cup, Varsity Football, Fireworks
  • Monitor the industry to keep on top of the latest trends and competitor analysis
  • To undertake any other duties deemed commensurate with the post and as directed by management and / or the Company
  • The person in this role also needs to take their own initiative and interest in keeping up to date with new marketing tactics and keeping their skills up to date with online resources such as free webinars, reading of whitepapers, undertaking free online courses etc

Essential Experience & Skills

  • At least three years’ solid B2C marketing experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Fully computer literate and numerate
  • A strategic and commercial attitude towards marketing
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, latest strategy and techniques
  • A creative and lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm
  • Good copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure, with good time management in a pressurised environment
  • A good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
  • Diplomatic with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to work with initiative and maturity
  • A professional appearance and the social skills necessary to deal with a wide range of clients
  • Willingness to work flexibly when required, including on all home matchdays
  • An awareness of and an interest in the sport of rugby union would be hugely advantageous

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM working knowledge is a distinct advantage
  • Adobe Creative Suite working knowledge is an advantage
  • Marketing based qualifications – HND/Degree Standard
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing

Bar Supervisors – Matchday and Events

Warriors are seeking experienced casual Bar Supervisors to join our busy Events Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop new skills working in a prestigious event location. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, passionate about people, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.

Main duties include:
• Operating tills, including cashing up and completing paperwork at the start and end of each shift
• Leading the team by example
• Giving clear direction and guidelines to team members
• Ensuring the appearance of team members is according to company policy
• Being able to communicate effectively with guests at all levels of the venue
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensuring that the bar is fully stocked at all times and keeping accurate records of stock
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene by keeping the bar area clean, tidy and presentable at all times

Shifts are arranged on an ad-hoc basis. Shifts will be between four and 12 hours long, depending on the business needs.

Current bar work experience is essential with a good level of written and spoken English. Please note this position is for those aged 18 and older.

Matchday Host/Hostess

Worcester Warriors are seeking a Matchday Host/Hostess to join our busy and exciting Matchday Team to enhance our Customer Experience.

As Matchday Host/Hostess you will:
• Provide a warm, vibrant welcome to guests upon arrival and direct them to their seats or hospitality area.

Matches are normally scheduled on a Friday or Saturday. Working hours for Friday matches are 16:45-21:45 and Saturday matches 12:00-17:00.

Competitive hourly rates are offered. Applicants must be able to work all home team matches – 13th Jan, 27th Jan, 17th Feb, 4th March, plus two home games in April (dates TBC). Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Food Service Assistant – Matchdays and events

Worcester Warriors are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to help deliver the event experience at Sixways Stadium. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Catering Team in a prestigious event location.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, passionate about people, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.

Main duties include:

  • Serve customers food and drinks
  • Ensure a high standard of service and customer care is delivered at all times
  • Ensure catering outlets are kept tidy, organised and fully stocked
  • Operate cash register
  • Deliver a prompt and efficient service
  • Ensure all procedures and policies relating to health and safety are adhered to including hygiene standards

Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in similar role and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Shifts are arranged on an ad-hoc basis. Shifts will be between four and eight hours long, depending on the business needs.
