Chim Gale joined Warriors as Outreach Academy Coach in January 2013 before being made Assistant Academy Manager in May 2014.
Educated in his earlier years at Blundell's School, Devon, Gale represented Bath Rugby Academy between the ages of 18 and 20.
After studying Sports Conditioning Coaching at Hartpury College between 2004 and 2007, the former full-back and winger went on to work as Rugby Coach at Dean Close School, Cheltenham.
Gale has plays and coaches the Invitational CLIC Sargent Godfathers Sevens team, who are a charity-based Sevens side raising awareness for children with cancer, that play in numerous international tournaments.
