Flanker Jack Forsythe was promoted to the Senior Academy at Sixways in the summer of 2020 alongside his Warwick School team-mates Harry Spencer and Fin Smith.
He was a stand-out performer for Warriors in their 2018/19 and 2019/20 Premiership Rugby Under-18s Academy League campaigns and toured South Africa with England Under-18s in 2019.
Forsythe made his debut for Warriors in the Premiership Rugby Cup win over Gloucester Rugby at Sixways in December 2021 and his Premiership debut as a replacement against London Irish in March 2022.
Forsythe played his early club rugby for Warwickshire village club Claverdon. He joined Luctonians on a dual registration for the 2021/22 National Two North season.
