Tom Dodd joined the Three Pears Warriors Academy ahead of the 2016/17 season.

The back row, who has played five times for Scotland Under 20s, made his Warriors first-team debut in an Anglo-Welsh Cup clash against Sale Sharks at Sixways in November 2017.

He went on to play three times in the 2017/18 season while he thoroughly impressed for Worcester Cavaliers in their Premiership Rugby A League campaign, scoring three tries in all ten of the side's fixtures as they finished third in the Northern Conference.

Dodd made two further appearances for Warriors in the 2018/19 season including one off the bench in the memorable European Challenge Cup victory over Stade Francais in Paris.

In addition to playing for Cavaliers in the Premiership Rugby Shield, Dodd also helped Hartpury to secure their Greene King IPA status on a dual registration with the Gloucestershire club.

Having undergone knee surgery during the summer of 2019, Dodd returned to action in the European Challenge Cup victory over Enisei-STM in Russia in November 2019. His Premiership debut followed as a blood replacement for Sam Lewis against Northampton Saints at Sixways in March 2020.

Dodd signed his first senior contract in January 2020 and signed a one year extension in June 2022.

The back row was an important part of the Warriors Under 18 side which reached its first-ever Finals Day in the 2015/16 season and was also part of the England Counties Under 18 squad.

He also featured for Worcester Cavaliers throughout the 2016/17 campaign before playing for Scotland Under 20s in the 2017 Six Nations and helping them to a best-ever finish in the World Rugby Under 20 Championship, as they defeated Australia to book a fifth-place finish in the tournament.

Dodd also spent time with Luctonians RFC during the 2016/17 season on dual registration, before playing for Birmingham Moseley and Stourbridge RFC in 2017/18.
