Garvey makes Sixways return tonight

Marcel Garvey makes a return to action as part of the Warriors young Academy side facing Exeter Chiefs tonight (Monday, October 23, 7.30pm).

The lightning-fast first-team winger has recovered from a leg injury picked up in the Guinness Premiership match at Bath, last month, and a bout of gastro enteritis that ruled him out of selection for the Gloucester match 10 days ago.
First-team squad colleague Uche Oduoza completes a potent back line that also includes Jamie Lennard at full-back.
Academy manager Andrew Stanley is determined his players will show their true colours after running hot and cold in the 17-26 defeat at the hands of an international-packed Bristol Development XV last Monday.
“We’d expected to put a better performance in,” Stan says. “The boys have set themselves very high standards this season. Fortunately, the Exeter match gives us a chance to get it out of our system.”
Tonight’s match is on the stadium pitch. Entry is free and the clubhouse will be open for food and drinks.
