Samoa star Crichton given start

Last action hero Loki Crichton will face his former club Newcastle Falcons after being handed the starting fly half jersey for the Guinness Premiership clash at Kingston Park on Sunday (kick-off 3pm).

Crichton climbed off the bench to score a dramatic late try last weekend against Harlequins that took Warriors off the bottom of the league table.

The Samoa international has now been rewarded for his eye-catching cameo with the No.10 shirt as Director of Rugby Mike Ruddock makes three changes to his starting line-up.

Young winger Miles Benjamin wins his first top-flight start on the wing with Marcel Garvey ruled out of the game with an abductor muscle strain.

Prop Darren Morris is also named in the front row in place of Matt Mullan as Warriors hunt a first win of the league season. Summer signing Shaun Ruwers is handed a spot on the bench alongside James Brown and Chris Pennell.

Back row duo Netani Talei and Kai Hortsmann are both ruled out through injury alongside Chris Fortey, Dominic Feaunati, Phil Murphy, Ryan Powell, Ben Gotting, Lee Best and Chris Horsman.
