Warriors hit the heights with RAF visit

Warriors hosted some high-flying special guests when the women’s RAF team paid a visit to Sixways to enjoy some hospitality from the Guinness Premiership club as they prepare for their inter services games against the Army and the Navy this coming April.

The day at Sixways was scheduled as part of an intense training week put together by head coach John Wilding, which saw the players come together from all four corners of Great Britain.

During the day the players got a behind the scenes look at the facilities and day to day running of a professional club.

They were also put through the paces as they took part in a training session lead by Warriors community staff, and had the benefit of a presentation on dietary needs and requirements from Academy strength and conditioner Lee Douglas.

On behalf of Warriors we would like to wish the coaching staff and players from the RAF good luck and best wishes for their inter service games and the remainder of the season.
