Ticket News – European Challenge Cup Final

Worcester Warriors are just one game away from the glory of the Heineken Cup as they prepare for the European Challenge Cup final with Bath Rugby at Kingsholm on Sunday, May 25 (kick-off 12.00 noon).

Mike Ruddock’s men have gone eight games unbeaten to make the showpiece final at Gloucester and now the club is pleased to announce ticketing details to supporters.

Tickets will go on sale to Debenture and Season Ticket holders from 9am on Tuesday, May 6. Tickets will be available in person from the Ticket Office or by calling 01905 454183. Tickets are limited to one per Debenture/Season Ticket.

Supporters who attended both the European Challenge Cup quarter-final and semi-final at Sixways Stadium will also be able to buy tickets from 9am on Tuesday, May 6 in person from the Ticket Office. Fans are urged to bring their ticket stubs with them from these games if possible.

Remaining tickets will go on general sale from 9am on Monday, May 12 from the Ticket Office or by calling 01905 454183. No tickets will be available online.

Warriors have been given an allocation of 7,000 tickets for the final and they are priced between £15 and £30. Concessions are priced between £8 and £13. Supporters are advised that we have limited number of each ticket due to the breakdown of seats in each stand for both clubs.

Corporate hospitality packages are also available for the final. For more details call the Sales Team on 01905 454183 or email sales@wrfc.co.uk

Warriors will also be running coaches down to Kingsholm for the final. Further details from the Ticket Office.

“We want to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to get final tickets and therefore we are giving supporters time to prepare for when they come on sale rather than go for an immediate sale,” said Charlie Little, General Manager.

“We are also going to upgrade our ticketing system which will allow us to record the seat references at Kingsholm. That means that should tickets get lost in the post we will be in a position to deal with the situation and send new ones. We feel this is the best service for our fans.”
