Sporting Charity Lunch at Sixways

King’s Hawford School Worcester has teamed up with Worcester Warriors to bring a charity lunch event to Sixways. The charity lunch is taking place on Friday 21st November in aid of Give Them A Sporting Chance charity and the Matt Hampson Trust.

Friday’s lunch includes a 3 course dinner and guest speaker Peter Wheeler – Ex England captain and Chief Executive of Leicester Tigers.

Guest are able to engage in a Q&A with Peter Wheeler and current players of the Warriors squad. This a great opportunity for any rugby fan or those willing to support a worthy cause.

Give them a Sporting Chance gives those with disabilities and their carers an opportunity to turn their sporting dream into a reality. The charity has helped more than 5000 people since it’s creation in 1990 and is entirely run by volunteers.
Matt Hampson Trust was founded in 2005.

Young Matt Hampson (Tigers Prop) suffered a serious neck injury whilst at England U-21 training. Matt is currently paralysed from the neck down and is still unable to breath unaided. He is constantly looking to raise the profile of other paralysis victims and publicise research into spinal injuries.

Tickets are priced at £35 per person which includes a 3 course meal. Tables are available at a maximum of 10 people per table. Bar Opens at 11.30am and lunch is served at 12.30pm.
