Crichton out of Bourgoin battle

Worcester Warriors have been forced into a change ahead of tonight’s European Challenge Cup clash with Bourgoin after full back Loki Crichton was forced out with an ankle injury.

Mike Ruddock’s men had hoped that Crichton would have recovered in time to face the French side but the Samoan international has now been pulled out of the squad following fitness tests.

New Zealand ace Rico Gear moves to full back and Charlie Fellows – who scored against Petrarca Rugby in the same competition earlier this season – comes into the starting line-up on the wing.

Scrum half Ben Jones is promoted to the replacements bench for the game at the Stade Pierre Rajon.
