Rugbytots® is the UK’s first rugby specific play programme for young children between the ages of two and seven.
The sessions, which have been designed by child development specialists and rugby coaches, aim to improve children’s key motor skills such as hand-eye coordination, balance and agility, as well as enhancing core social and psychological attributes through a series of games and exercises.
Rugbytots currently operates in 14 areas of the UK and has recently agreed a twelve month project with Premier Rugby, the umbrella body of the Guinness Premiership Rugby Clubs, to pilot Rugbytots in conjunction with the community department of Worcester Warriors.
This is an extremely exciting prospect for both parties, and Rugbytots is confident that the popularity and success of the programme throughout the rest UK will be replicated in this large rugby playing hotspot.
All Rugbytots classes are fully insured and will be run by an RFU qualified lead coach who is trained in paediatric first aid and has been CRB checked.
