Worcester Warriors can today confirm that they will play at Wembley Stadium this season when they travel to the capital in February.
Mike Ruddock’s men will play Saracens on Saturday, February 13 (kick-off 3pm) in what is sure to be a fantastic day of great rugby and great entertainment at a great stadium.
The overwhelming majority of tickets for the match will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 for under-16s. Further details will be available in the coming months.
Charlie Little, General Manager at Warriors, said: “Wembley is a fantastic stadium and I’m sure our fans will relish the chance to travel to London and see Warriors in action at one of the most iconic venues in the country.
“I know the players will rise to the challenge of playing in such stunning surroundings and after being very competitive in our away games we will go to Wembley with very high hopes of victory.
“We hope to take as many fans as possible to this fixture and will be in consultation with the new Worcester Warriors Supporters Club in the coming weeks to work out how best to get our fans to the game.
“We want to hear what our supporters want in terms of transport and to make sure as many as possible can enjoy a wonderful and memorable day out with the Warriors.”
