Skills Coach and Attack Analyst Matt Powell is set to continue Worcester Warriors coach education programme, currently running this season.
Following on from sessions that have already taken place from 1st team coaching staff members Andrew Stanley and Billy McGinty, Powell is this Wednesday set to deliver a session based around breaking down a defence.
The session, which will take place this Wednesday at Sixways Stadium from 7pm until 8.30pm, is free to coaches from the North Midlands area and is part of a continuing commitment from Warriors to support grassroots rugby in the local community
“We have had fantastic responses to the two sessions we have run so far in both attendances and feedback” said Warriors Community Officer Simon Lane.
“We see great value in supporting coach development to all of the schools and clubs in the area and are fortunate enough to be in a position to deliver a real quality line up free of charge”
