Boss Mike Ruddock believes his young stars can prosper in a ‘graveyard for big names’ when face Connacht Rugby on Friday night (kick-off 7pm).
Warriors travel to Ireland to face Connacht after defeat at Sixways Stadium just a week earlier.
Director of Rugby Ruddock has made changes for the Amlin Challenge Cup clash and believes the youthful element of his team can play without fear in the hostile surroundings.
“We won’t lie down and we won’t surrender,” vowed Ruddock. “What is exciting for me is we will have a lot of young players keen to prove they should be in the team.
“It’s up to them to put a selection headache my way. A lot of them have seen me over the weeks and months and asked what they have to do to get into the first team, to be in my thoughts.
“After I have been through specific reasons why they might not be in the team or have gone through their game time, I’ve told them when they get a chance they have got to take it.
“We will have a lot of enthusiasm out in Connacht. It is a difficult place to win and difficult place to go.
“I spoke to Paul Turner (Newport Gwent Dragons boss) the other day about his view on Connacht, to get into the mind of coaches who have prepared against them in recent times in the Magners League.
“He agreed that when you are playing away to Connacht it might be best to take players who have not faced them or have never lost to them.
“It can be a bit of a graveyard for big name players over there, he was keen to promote the fact that players who have never been there are a good option.”
