Worcester Warriors are delighted to confirm the major signing of England international fly half Andy Goode.
Goode, who has played 17 times for England and scored 107 points, will join up with Warriors this summer after successful spells in France with CA Brive and Durban based Super 14 giants Sharks.
The Coventry-born star is one of the most prolific scorers in English club rugby history, currently standing third in the all-time Guinness Premiership standings with 1,484 points.

Goode left Welford Road and signed for French club CA Brive in 2008 and enjoyed a hugely impressive start in the Top 14 scoring 235 points in his first season, making him the second highest point scorer in the 2008-09 Top 14 season. He has also become the first English player to move into the top-flight of the Super 14.
The hugely talented fly half, nominated for the Zurich Player of the Season in 2004/5 and PRA Players’ Player of the Year, made his England debut as a replacement for Charlie Hodgson in the 2005 Six Nations victory over Italy, in which he also scored his first points from a conversion.
Goode, who has also represented England at Schools Under 18, Under 21 and A level, scored the opening try of the 2009 Six Nations as he scored 16 points against Italy. He scored 22 points against Argentina at Old Trafford in June 2009 and 17 points against them in Salta.

“I believe that Andy’s pedigree is without question and he has been one of English rugby’s top performers over the last decade with England, Leicester Tigers and most recently Brive.”
Goode, who attended King Henry VIII School in Coventry and Bromsgrove School in Worcestershire, the same as fellow England star Matt Mullan, said he was looking forward to his return to England.
“I’m really looking forward to making the move to Worcester Warriors and excited by the plans the club has and the vision of Mike Ruddock and Cecil Duckworth going forward from next season,” added Goode.
