Kitchener and Wood win Saxons calls

Worcester Warriors duo Graham Kitchener and Tom Wood are celebrating after today (Tuesday) winning call-ups to the England Saxons squad.

The Saxons will be participating in the Churchill Cup in June and the forward duo, both products of the Warriors Academy, have been rewarded for impressive seasons with selections.

The Churchill Cup will take place in Denver and New York City and be contested by England Saxons, Canada, France A, Russia, Uruguay and the hosts United States.

Prop Matt Mullan missed out on a call-up to the Senior England EPS squad for the summer tour after suffering a shoulder injury.
