It’s not Baywatch – Warriors on patrol!

The first team stars at Worcester Warriors were certainly a splash hit in pre-season training this week – as they took to the water for a session with a difference at Top Barn.

The Sixways squad slipped on their swimming shorts and were put through their paces in a number of challenges by South Worcestershire Lifesaving and Lifeguard Club.

The club specialise in developing water safety and lifesaving skills, helping people improve and compete in lifesaving as a sport and also support aquatic rescue services at local events.

This time they made sure the Warriors were given a gruelling hour-long training session as they were split into four groups for a series of tasks before a grand finale saw the rugby aces compete to be crowned lifesaving champions!

But judging by the pictures HERE the stars of Baywatch and David Hasselhoff have nothing to be worried about just yet!

Worcester Warriors would like to thank all the staff at South Worcestershire Lifesaving and Lifeguard Club for giving their time and Top Barn. For more information on the South Worcestershire Lifesaving and Lifeguard Club please visit www.swlifeguards.co.uk
