Players from around globe at Residential

Talented aspiring young rugby players from as far away at Italy, Dubai and Spain all took part in the always popular ‘Warriors Residential Camp’ at Malvern College Worcestershire earlier this month.

The camp, which ran from August 9 and lasted five days, allowed players between the ages of 13 and 17 to come together to spend the week living and training like a professional rugby player.

The schedule for the week included rugby and conditioning sessions and advice, as well as a trip to Sixways to watch a first team session – meeting first team stars Tom Arscott and Alex Crockett – and the opportunity to take part in a session lead by Warriors Academy Manager Andrew Stanley.

Attendees also got the chance to rub shoulders with several of the Warriors stars such as new signing Andy Goode, who passed on advice and experience to help inspire the youngsters.
