Warriors again look to utilise the entire Sixways squad during a busy period of four games in seven days by naming a side a mixture of Academy players and first team regulars.
Forwards Ed Shervington, Callum Black and Matt Kvesic, who scored tries in the big weekend British & Irish Cup win over Newport Rugby, all feature in the pack.
Charlie Hayter will join forces with Andy Short in the centre while Oriol Ripol and Tom Arscott also get more game time against the Jets. Scrum half Jonny Arr will captain the team on Monday night.
