Camp Hill hosts Midlands Touch League

The fourth round of the Midlands Ladies Touch League took place at Camp Hill on Sunday, May 15.

The league is run on a similar format to the IRB Sevens, whereby each club takes a turn in hosting an event. Points are awarded to each club on the basis of their performance at each event. Regular teams Bromyard, Camp Hill, Droitwich, Telford, Redditch and Wolverhampton all took part.

Bromyard and Camp Hill both won a total of four games out of five, drawing the game against each other. Bromyard continue to lead the overall table after being awarded a further six points whilst Wolverhampton jump up two places in the table to take fourth place overall.
