Worcester centre Dale Rasmussen appeared before a Rugby Football Union Disciplinary Panel tonight (Wednesday) at the Hilton Puckrup Hotel, Tewkesbury.
Rasmussen was cited for an alleged dangerous tackle during the Aviva Premiership match against Sale Sharks on Saturday, September 3.
He pleaded guilty to the offence and was suspended for one week by the RFU Disciplinary Panel of Chairman John Brennan, Geoff Davies and Geoff Payne.
Rasmussen will be free to play again on September 22.
