Festive game with Tigers sold out!

Worcester Warriors can this morning (Wednesday) confirm that the Aviva Premiership festive fixture with Leicester Tigers at Sixways Stadium on Tuesday,December 27 is sold out.

Warriors have been inundated with ticket requests ahead of the massive league clash and now all seats have been sold by the Warriors Box Office.

A capacity crowd of 12,024 is guaranteed for a mouth-watering top-flight clash, the first sell-out crowd of the season at the home of the Warriors.

“The response from our supporters has been phenomenal for this game and the arrival of Leicester Tigers to Sixways this Christmas has clearly caught the imagination of our fans,” said Charlie Little, Managing Director at Warriors.

“This is one of the earliest we have ever announced a sell-out and the interest is now also focusing on the Gloucester clash, our first game of 2012 and a local derby, with tickets selling fast for that fixture too.

“The fans were magnificent against Bath last Friday and our crowds have been steadily increasing since the World Cup as people get right behind the Warriors at this crucial time of the season.

“We look forward to welcoming a capacity crowd this Christmas and we would also encourage supporters to act quickly to ensure they get tickets for Gloucester with these also set to sell very fast.”

The last 50 hospitality places for the Leicester Tigers game are now available for groups and individuals, starting from £75 per person. Please contact the Sales Team on 01905 459354.
