Full House! Derby Day is Sold Out!

Worcester Warriors can this morning (Thursday) confirm that the big derby day Aviva Premiership fixture with local rivals Gloucester Rugby on Saturday (kick-off 2.45pm) is now sold out.

Huge demand for tickets has seen fans flock to the Warriors Box Office all week and now the sold out signs have now gone up ahead of the game.

A capacity crowd of 12,024 now guaranteed for the second successive home game, just weeks after a full house watched the festive fixture between Warriors and Leicester Tigers.

It is the first time the club has sold out back-to-back home league games in the league since 2007 and only supporters with tickets should now travel to Sixways on match day.

“We are absolutely delighted with the fantastic response from our fans who have, for the second successive league game, snapped up every seat inside Sixways,” said Managing Director Charlie Little.

“A local derby with Gloucester is always an eagerly anticipated game in our fixture list and we also look forward to welcoming the Sky Sports cameras to screen around the rugby world what will undoubtedly be a special day at Sixways.

“Our crowds have been growing throughout the season and the 16th Man will again be pivotal to our hopes. The away fans were truly inspirational away at Adams Park on New Year’s Day and now we look to replicate that result on home soil.”

Supporters are advised that the last two hospitality boxes remain available. Please contact the Sales Team on 01905 459354 for more information.
