We Are Warriors! The Sixways stars have today unveiled the new-look home and away playing shirts, produced by Official Kit Provider Kooga, that Worcester Warriors will wear during the 2013/14 season.
Interest in the new playing shirts has been growing throughout the summer and speculation has been busy on message boards and forums over the new-look designs after our kit teaser on www.warriors.co.uk
The players – included new signings Ignacio Mieres, Ofa Fainga’anuku and Chris Brooker – took time out of pre-season preparations at Malvern College to model the new look jerseys… and now we can reveal all!
The eye-catching and stylish new home shirt – that will be worn for the first time when Warriors tackle Rotherham Titans in pre-season – maintains the club’s traditional navy blue and gold colour scheme. The latest evolution sees the jersey complimented by a white wave that splits the two colours. The kit it is finished by navy shorts and socks.
A totally new and distinctive away shirt – worn for the first time in the JP Morgan Premiership Rugby 7s Series on Thursday night at Kingsholm – is predominantly white with mirrored angular shards of gold and silver. The kit it is completed by white shorts and socks.
Last season’s white and electric blue away jersey will this year be worn as the club’s third kit and feature during competitions such as the LV=Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup.
All three playing shirts feature the logo of Worcester, Bosch Group who yesterday confirmed a new extension to remain the Main Club Sponsor of Warriors.
Supporters are advised that Supporter Replica Shirts – in both the new home and away design – are available NOW online and will be available in the Sixways Store and Warriors Rugby Store in CrownGate from this Friday! Please note, any orders online will not be dispatched until Friday.
Replica shirts have been lowered in price this season to £50 for adults and £35 for youths. All shirts are available up to a 6XL size.
