Dean Ryan says his side cannot dwell on their tough start to the 2013/14 Aviva Premiership campaign.
Warriors were beaten by London Wasps at Adams Park on Saturday as they searched for their first win of the season.
But, according to the Director of Rugby, his side must focus on the next run of games.
He said: “The manner of today’s defeat is disappointing because we weren’t competitive in the second-half.
“But I haven’t come here to focus on the first three weeks and start talking about doom and gloom games.
“I understand the challenge. I understood it before I arrived and we have to work our way through it.”
Warriors host Aviva Premiership new-boys Newcastle Falcons at Sixways next Saturday.
And Ryan believes his side must adapt their game if they are to find that first victory of the campaign.
He continued: “I’d love to beat Newcastle and I’m sure they’d love to beat us.
“If we can’t handle some of the rugby we’ve faced, maybe we need to adapt the things we do to see if we can get a better outcome.
“We’ve got a huge challenge to sort this club out and get it moving forward. Everyone at the club is working hard to do that and they’re doing a fantastic job from week to week.”
Warriors can look forward to the return of players such as Alex Grove and James Percival in the next month.
And with Argentinians Leonardo Senatore, Agustin Creevy and Mariano Galarza available this autumn, Ryan expects to see more competition throughout his side as the season progresses.
He added: “This club made 17 changes over the summer and three of the best ones aren’t available till November. That’s just the nature of the challenge.
“We’ll be a different team in four weeks. It’s these first four or five games which has been tough.”
