Warriors Facebook page reaches 10,000 likes

The Warriors Facebook page is now ‘liked’ by more than 10,000 people – and it is continuing to grow in popularity every day!

We use the site to communicate with supporters, promote exclusive news stories and offer fans the chance to enter competitions.

We interact with fans every day and the page gives supporters an opportunity to share their views by commenting on stories.

Supporters can take a trip down memory lane with pictures from yesteryear and there are two free tickets on offer for every home match.

The site also allows supporters to get their questions in for Warriors players, with the best ones being used in our Warrior matchday programme.

In our matchday programme we have a page dedicated to your Facebook and Twitter comments – so you might come across your name!

Our Twitter account has recently broken the 7,500 followers mark and you can follow us to make sure you get even more news from Sixways.

We also tweet live text commentary of all home and away matches so, if you can’t be at the stadium, you can still get your fix of rugby!

If you aren’t off to see Warriors’ LV= Cup trip to Cardiff Blues on Friday, make sure you follow our Twitter account to stay in touch with the action.

Warriors Media Manager Tom Parsons said: “We are delighted that our Facebook and Twitter following is growing.

“Social media has become an important part of daily life and we will always endeavour to give fans that little bit extra on these sites.”
