Dean Ryan admits he is aiming to shift the pressure onto opposing teams throughout the second half of the season.
Warriors have enjoyed an upturn in performances over the last few weeks and dominated the second-half of last weekend’s clash with Saracens.
And as Warriors travel to 11th placed London Irish on Saturday, the Director of Rugby is confident his side’s fortunes can change during 2014.
He said: “It is about operating under pressure. We’ve been dealing with it all season but if we can pick up a win then suddenly the pressure shifts to teams around us.
“Hopefully we can get the outcome we all desire and then other teams will have to learn how to cope under pressure.”
Ryan’s side have grown over the first part of the season and have become a tough prospect for most teams in the league.
And the Warriors boss insists his side will be battling hard in every game till the end of the campaign.
He added: “We have what it takes to get us out of this position. I’m very confident that we’re in the best place we could be and we just have to face the challenge.
“For a side that hasn’t got a win on the board, we couldn’t be in better shape or better spirits. We’ve learnt how to deal with things instead of thinking it’s the end of the world.
“In the last five or six games we have been consistently competitive against significant opposition.
“We have improved dramatically defensively. We’ve improved our cohesion and we understand what we’re trying to do collectively. We weren’t any of those things at the beginning.
“We are in a fight till the end of the season and we’re all focused on doing our jobs.”
