During the Christmas break, Warriors Club and Community Manager Steve Joslin visited Mexico.
Whilst there, he was invited to coach a local club called Hermosillo Halcones on a couple of occasions.
The club was only started in 2012 and currently run a side for ladies and men who compete in local and national competitions.
Steve said: “Whilst the team was very inexperienced, their enthusiasm and willingness to learn greatly impressed me.
“Who knows, one day there may even be a professional player from Mexico at the Warriors.”
Rugby in Mexico continues to develop and they began the qualifying process for World Cup 2015 when they hosted and beat Jamaica in 2012.
