Josh Drauniniu’s match-winning try against Newcastle Falcons has been nominated for Aviva Premiership’s Try of the Week award.
The powerful winger crossed the whitewash following fantastic work from replacement Andy Symons.
With ten minutes left on the clock, Warriors scrum-half Jonny Arr was quick at the breakdown, switching the ball to Ryan Lamb who offloaded to Symons before the 22-year-old picked a gap in the Falcons defence.
The six-foot-five centre raced away from tacklers before unselfishly gifting the ball to Drauniniu who touched down in the corner.
