Warriors lock James Percival will move to French Top 14 side Grenoble later this summer.
The 31-year-old, who helped Warriors win the 2014/15 Greene King IPA Championship and British & Irish Cup, makes the move to France after 88 appearances for the Club.
Percival, who started his career in the Warriors Academy, went on to play for Northampton Saints and Harlequins before returning for a second spell at Warriors in 2011.
Director of Rugby Dean Ryan added: “We would like to thank Percy for his fantastic contribution to this Club.
“He came back into the side at a crucial time during the Championship season and played a significant role in helping us get back to the Premiership.
“He has been a true professional throughout his time at Sixways and will always be considered a Warrior.
“We wish him all the best in his new challenge.”
