Support Warriors at Singha Premiership Sevens

On Saturday 22 August, Warriors will be back in action ahead of the 2015/16 season when they take on Sale Sharks, Newcastle Falcons and Leicester Tigers in the Singha Premiership Rugby Sevens.

Supporters will get a first glimpse of the new-look Warriors in action at Kingston Park in Newcastle, as they go in search of a place at Finals Day at Twickenham Stoop the following weekend.

Last time Warriors featured in the Premiership Sevens in 2013, they topped their group after wins over Gloucester Rugby, Bath Rugby and Exeter Chiefs.

The success saw them travel down to Bath for Finals Day but Harlequins and Leicester Tigers proved too hot to handle.

Neighbours Gloucester went on to win the tournament, and also won last season’s series.

And with just 12 months till Sevens Rugby returns to the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, the Singha Premiership Rugby Sevens presents a major opportunity for players from a number of different nations to state their case for a place at the Olympic Games.

Can Warriors book a place at Finals Day again this year?!
