Warriors centre Andy Symons will move to Aviva Premiership counterparts London Irish ahead of the 2016/17 season.
The centre, who joined Warriors in November 2013, has gone on to make 47 appearances picking up 163 points.
Director of Rugby Dean Ryan added: “With the likes of centres Ben Te’o and Jackson Willison coming in, Andy has made the decision to move to Irish.
“I’d like to thank Andy for his efforts during his time at Sixways and we wish him all the best in his new chapter.”
