Taylor starts final Pool B game for England Under 20s

Huw Taylor has been named in the England Under 20s side to face Australia in the World Rugby Under 20 Championship on Wednesday night.

England currently top Pool B of the competition and will be looking to make it three consecutive wins to cement their place as group winners.

Jack Singleton, who has scored a try in each of the opening two matches, is named on the bench.

England Head Coach Martin Haag has made five changes to his side for their final pool game, which kicks-off at 7.45pm at Sale Sharks' AJ Bell Stadium (live on Sky Sports 3).

Haag said: “There is fantastic depth in this squad. There are some guys who haven’t had much game time and we’re trying to give them a little bit more.

“It is about the wider 28 and we are all in this together. This is our third game in eight days and it is important we manage players as well as selecting a side which we believe can get the result.

“This is a team that has a great attacking intent and who can score tries from a number of different sources.

“It is a team that is composed and enjoys each other’s company.”
