Three Worcester Valkyries have been named in Wales Women’s 6 Nations squad while two more have also been selected for England Sevens’ trip to Sydney for the second leg of the World Rugby HSBC Women’s Sevens Series.
Dyddgu Hywel, Shona Powell-Hughes and Rhiannon Parker have all been named in the 32-player Wales squad ahead of the upcoming Women’s 6 Nations.

Meanwhile, Heather Fisher and Kelly Smith have been named as part of a 12-woman squad for England as they take on Spain, USA and Russia in their pool of the Sydney Sevens in February.
