Warriors vs Bath Rugby – Big Easter Bash

This Saturday we’ll be hosting our Big Easter Bash as Warriors take on Bath Rugby in Round 20 of the Aviva Premiership (kick-off 3pm).

It’s set to be an exciting afternoon of rugby but while there’ll no doubt be plenty of action on the field, here’s what you and the family can enjoy off it…

On the concourse outside Sixways Reception there will be a whole host of things happening.

Match Sponsor Thatchers will be giving out samples while USN will also be giving away a few bits and pieces.

Match Ball Sponsor Partexs Direct will also have a digger on site for kids to pose for photos.

Land Rover will also be there – and if you are an owner of a Land Rover, don’t forget to bring your key so you can enjoy a free gourmet burger and soft drinks!

Gates open to the stadium at 1pm and from this time, you can take the little ones down to the Kids Zone where they’ll be spoilt for choice…

We have a Circus Skills Workshop including diablos, juggling and stilt-walking while you can also enjoy fairground stalls such as Higher or Lower, Tin Can Alley and Hook A Duck!

And if you’re hungry – there will also be fresh popcorn and candyfloss for sale!

If that’s not enough, we’ve even got facepainting, a rugby skills throwing challenge and also a smoothie bike where you’ll be able to make your own smoothies.

Then from 2pm Maximus will be joined by fellow mascots Bobby The Boiler (Worcester Bosch), Alex The Acorn (Acorns Children's Hospice) and The Twig (Listers) – so look out for them to have your photo taken.

During half-time, there will also be an egg and spoon race on the pitch where the mascots will go head-to-head alongside some lucky youngsters. If you’d like to be in the race, for a chance to win a special chocolate prize courtesy of Acorns Children’s Hospice, make sure you get down to the Kids Zone as soon as possible on Saturday. Limited spaces are available.

There will also be the opportunity to meet Warriors players in the Kids Zone.
