Warriors vs Leicester to go ahead as planned

Warriors vs Leicester to go ahead

Saturday’s Worcester Valkyries game with Darlington Mowden Park Sharks at Sixways has now been postponed due to the severe weather.
The significant snowfall means the pitch will not be cleared and prepared in time for Saturday afternoon.

However, Warriors’ clash with Leicester Tigers is still scheduled to go ahead as planned on Sunday (kick-off 3pm).

Ahead of Sunday’s match, all the necessary preparations have been made to ensure the pitch is in a playable condition and likewise that the road networks within the Sixways site are accessible, with gritters and snow ploughs on hand.

The staff at Sixways Stadium are working hard to ensure that facilities within the ground are safe and accessible for supporters. We are currently working with all of our service providers to get the latest updates on travel and parking facilities.

Tickets for the match are available by clicking here, calling 01905 459309 or visiting the Ticket Office which is open from 10am-3pm on Saturday. Tickets will also be available on the gate on Sunday.
