Seven Warriors and Valkyries in international action

Seven Warriors and Valkyries players will be in international action this weekend.

Ben Te’o starts for England who take on France in Paris this Saturday (kick-off 4.45pm GMT) as they look to pick up an all-important win if they are to stand any chance of retaining their NatWest 6 Nations crown. The match will be shown live on BBC One.

Warriors back row David Denton is named on the bench for Scotland for their trip to Dublin to battle Ireland on Saturday (kick-off 2.15pm, live on ITV).

England fans will be hoping Denton can help the Scottish upset the Irish ahead of the final round of the competition on Saturday 17 March.

Meanwhile, three Warriors Academy players are on the bench for England Under 20s who travel to Beziers, France on Friday night (kick-off 8pm GMT).

Will Butler, Ted Hill and James Scott could all feature as the youngsters need a win if they are to catch France at the top of the table.

In the Women’s 6 Nations, Valkyries’ Lark Davies is on the bench for England who take on France in Grenoble on Saturday night (kick-off 8pm GMT, live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Mix).

Both teams go into the contest level on points at the top of the table.

Valkyries prop Meg York is also among the replacements for Wales Women as they take on Italy at the Principality Stadium on Sunday (kick-off 11.45am).
