Warriors can confirm that the home matches against Gloucester Rugby and Harlequins when the 2019/20 Gallagher Premiership season resumes next month will be played behind closed doors in accordance with current UK Government social distancing guidelines for sports grounds.
The decision means that Warriors Season Ticket Holders and those who purchased tickets for the original dates for the Gloucester and Harlequins matches can now claim or donate a pro-rata refund.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
- Season Ticket Holders will be sent an email detailing their pro-rata reimbursement amount for the two games (Warriors v Gloucester and Warriors v Harlequins) confirmed as being played behind closed doors
- Season Ticket Holders have until 5pm on Friday August 7 to select their chosen reimbursement option by completing the reimbursement survey they will be emailed this weekend.
- Season Ticket Holders who choose the ‘SUPPORT THE CLUB’ option will be included on a ‘Thank You’ board which will be displayed in the EBC Fanzone for the first match at Sixways that spectators are allowed to attend.
- If you do not complete the survey by 5pm on Friday August 7, we will assume that you wish to select the ‘Support the Club’ option and donate your reimbursement amount to Warriors to help us through a challenging period.
- On Account Balances and Pro-Rata Refunds will be actioned by the end of August.
- To calculate your reimbursement amount divide the amount paid for your 2019/20 Season Ticket by 16 (the number of matches included in the Season Ticket) and multiply by two which is the number of confirmed fixtures that will be played behind closed doors.
MATCH TICKET PURCHASERS
- Match ticket purchasers for Warriors v Gloucester and Warriors v Harlequins will be sent an email detailing their reimbursement amount.
- Supporters have until 5pm on Friday August 7 to select their chosen reimbursement option by completing the reimbursement survey they will be emailed this weekend.

- If you do not complete the survey by 5pm on Friday August 7, we will assume that you wish to select the ‘Support the Club’ option and donate your reimbursement amount to Warriors to help us through a challenging period.

All ticket purchasers and Hospitality Guests will be emailed a link to our reimbursement survey where they can select their chosen type of reimbursement. All supporters are encouraged to ensure their preferences are up to date and can do so by clicking here.

Dates for the remaining home matches in the 2019/20 Gallagher Premiership season against Bristol Bears and Saracens have yet to be confirmed by Premiership Rugby.
