Hill and Lawrence in England training squad

Warriors pair Ted Hill and Ollie Lawrence have reported for training with England ahead of the new Autumn Nations Cup.

Club captain Hill, who was capped as a replacement against Japan two years ago, and centre Lawrence, who made his England debut off the bench in last Saturday’s Six Nations victory over Italy in Rome, are in a 36-strong squad training at the Lensbury Club in Teddington.

England face Georgia at Twickenham on Saturday November 14 (kick-off 3.00pm) in their opening Quilter International and will then face Ireland at Twickenham on Saturday November 21 and Wales at Llanelli on Saturday November 28.

They will return to Twickenham on Sunday December 6 for a tournament placing match.

Former Warriors hooker Jack Singleton, now on loan at Gloucester from Saracens, has withdrawn from England’s squad because of a hamstring injury.
