Warriors v Bath Season Ticket Holders ballot details

Warriors Season Ticket Holders are invited to enter a ballot to register their interest in attending the Gallagher Premiership match against Bath Rugby at Sixways on Saturday December 5.

This will be the first time that spectators have been allowed into a Warriors’ match since March but, under COVID-19 protocols, the attendance for the Bath match will be restricted to 2,000.

As the number of Warriors 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders exceeds 2,000, it is likely that demand will exceed supply and we will not be able to welcome back everyone who wishes to attend this match.

To ensure that seats are allocated as fairly as possible, all Season Ticket holders who wish to attend Saturday’s game must enter a ballot registering their interest. Supporters should complete the ballot as the ‘Lead Booker’ and also complete details for all those who will be in ‘Your Bubble’.

It is extremely important that all details within the ballot are completed and correct.

Season Ticket Holders should have been emailed a link to the ballot this evening (Monday November 30) and are advised to check their email inboxes and junk mail folders for details of the ballot. If you have not received our email please contact hello@warriors.co.uk. The ballot will close at 5pm on Tuesday  December 1.

Once you have completed the ballot – you will NOT receive an email confirmation and you will only be contacted if you are successful in the ballot.

We will contact those Season Ticket Holders who have been successful in the ballot and ask them to complete and sign a COVID symptoms questionnaire, which should be returned to us by 5pm on Friday December 4.

Successful applicants will also be required to read a COVID Code of Conduct to understand the stadium regulations that will be implemented on Saturday. The regulations include specific time slots to avoid queuing. These communications will be sent later in the week.

Season Ticket Holders who are unsuccessful in the ballot for the Bath match will be given priority in the ballot for Warriors’ next home match against Ospreys in the European Challenge Cup on Saturday December 19.

Please note that due to COVID regulations, only the East Stand will be open to Season Ticket Holders for this match and seats will be allocated to maintain social distancing. Where possible we would also encourage supporters to print their matchday tickets at home.

The only food and drink on sale at the Bath match will be in the EBC Fanzone which will be available in two pre-booked slots before kick-off with orders placed by QR codes and with table service.  If you would like Your Bubble to be in with the chance of a slot in the EBC Fanzone, you must specify this within the ballot.  You must declare if Your Bubble is a Household or Rule of  Six Bubble so that we can appropriately seat you.

Season Ticket Holders should assess the risk associated with attending, both at the point of ticket purchase and on the day of the game, relative to their own personal circumstances  – age, group size and make up, health status and susceptibility to infection.
