Following feedback from our loyal supporters, Worcester Warriors are delighted to announce that the pre-season fixture against Glasgow Warriors on Friday September 10 (kick-off 7pm) will now be free to all 2021/22 Season Ticket Holders.
Managing Director Peter Kelly said: “Here at Worcester Warriors, we pride ourselves on listening to our supporters and in keeping with our ‘Time for Change’ motto, we are not afraid to make changes when necessary.
“It is important that we are proactive in relation to supporter feedback, and it was the right thing for us to offer all Season Ticket Holders free entry for both of our pre-season games as we prepare for the start of the 2021/22 Gallagher Premiership season.”
Glasgow’s visit to Sixways is the second part of a double-header against United Rugby Championship opposition, with Connacht making the trip across the Irish Sea on Friday September 3 (kick-off 7.45pm).
Warriors’ new recruits including Owen Williams and Willi Heinz as well as the likes of Wales hooker Scott Baldwin and Tonga number-eight Sione Vailanu will all be vying for a place in the matchday squad.
The visit of Glasgow is being billed as the Clash of the Warriors and will see Duncan Weir make a swift return to Sixways after leaving the club at the end of last season. A firm favourite among the Sixways faithful, Weir spent three seasons with the club prior to his switch north of the border.

Those Season Ticket Holders who have already purchased a ticket for the game will be contacted by the Ticket Office and refunded accordingly.
