Warriors pair help Stourbridge maintain unbeaten run

Warriors pair Tobi Wilson and Finn Theobald-Thomas helped Stourbridge maintain their unbeaten start to their National Two North season with a 46-22 win at Harrogate on Saturday.

Wilson started at full-back and hooker Theobald-Thomas came off the bench as Stourbridge made it six straight wins and kept them within two points of joint leaders Sedgley Park and Rotherham Titans with a game in hand.

Wilson and Theobald-Wilson were among seven Warriors players in National League action on Saturday on loan or dual registration but they were the only ones to enjoy victory.

Loosehead prop Ben Murphy and flanker Jack Forsythe started for Luctonians in their 37-22 defeat by Rotherham at Clifton Lane. Lock Cheick Kone came off the bench for the Herefordshire club.

In National One loosehead prop Kai Owen started for Birmingham Moseley and tighthead prop Joe Morris was among the replacements against Plymouth Albion at the Brickfields where the hosts ran out 34-12 winners.
