Stourport set for shot at final place

Stourport HS & Sixth Form College, Warriors’ RFU ACE League team, will have the chance to reach this season’s Plate final when they host Myerscough College at Sixways on Wednesday (kick-off 3.00pm).

Having beaten Oaklands College, their Saracens’ counterparts, in their first play-off match last week, Stourport now host Sale Sharks’ ACE team knowing that another win will secure a place in the Plate final at Finals Day.

Stourport beat Myerscough College 39-29 at their campus near Preston in their final match in the North Group last month.
