Vote for Ted Hill in RPA Most Valuable Player of the Month Award

Warriors Club Captain Ted Hill has been shortlisted for the Rugby Players Association Most Valuable Player Award for December.

England international back-row forward Hill has been in sparkling form this season with his powerful ball-carrying and ferocious tackling catching the eye throughout December.

The MVP Awards were introduced by the RPA at the start of the season as part of their ’15 Under 23’ campaign which highlights the young members who stand out each month during the 2021/22 Gallagher Premiership season.

The campaign will run until April, with the RPA nominating six players aged 23 and under who have shone for their side in all competitions and will culminate in creating the ultimate Under 23 XV of the Season.

Fans will then get the chance to vote for their most valuable player (MVP) of the Month in a vote via the RPA’s official website.

The winners and all nominees will be put on the RPA long shortlist for the final ‘15 Under 23’ which will be selected by the RPA’s Players Board in May.

The final team selection will be announced at the RPA Awards on May 25. Fans will also get the opportunity to vote for their ultimate XV for the chance of winning an exclusive prize.

The nominees for December’s MVP of the Month are:
• Ollie Hassell-Collins – London Irish
Ted Hill – Worcester Warriors
• Nick Isiekwe – Saracens
• Bevan Rodd – Sale Sharks
• Marcus Smith – Harlequins
• Freddie Steward – Leicester Tigers

The vote is now open and will close at 1pm on Friday January 10.

The winner will be announced next week.
