The Leaders Trust will act as a support network for Directors of Rugby and business leaders across the UK, comprising a panel of leading sports and business coaches, such as Professor Damian Hughes.
We will be working with this panel to offer support to all Directors of Rugby (DORs) and Head Coaches from Gallagher Premiership Rugby clubs in various ways as they tackle the load of leadership head-on, offering bespoke mentoring and access to keynote speakers.
