Warriors Premiership Rugby Cup semi-final against Gloucester Rugby will be played at Kingsholm on Wednesday April 27 (kick-off 7.45pm).
Warriors secured a place in the knockout stages with a 13-7 win over Bath at The Rec last Wednesday, progressing as the best of the three runners-up in the pool stage.
London Irish will host Leicester Tigers in the first semi-final at the Brentford Community Stadium on Tuesday April 26.
Both semi-finals will be screened live on BT Sport 1.
If Warriors complete a cup double over Gloucester, who they beat 27-21 at Sixways in December, they would be away to the winners of the London Irish v Leicester Tigers semi-final in the final on May 17 or 18.
